this is my best friend's favorite chain so i'd be in a lot of trouble if i didn't give it five stars. get extra sauce if you're getting penne rosa though the employees here are superb, too. you guys are my pasta heroes and i want you to know that

This location has terrible customer service. I called in an order, came in and paid and then waited, and waited and waited. People who came in and ordered received their food and I was left standing there. I finally ask and the whole time my food was sitting and waiting. I don't understand how that can happen, and the manager was not apologetic at all. I like noodles and co but I will not come to this location again. EDITED TO ADD: the food was very dry and had very little sauce.

The food here used to be very good. I tried many different items on the menu. However the last few times I ate here I was disappointed. The pasta was either under cook or the dish was poorly constructed.

I love Noodles and I love the fact that they keep adding new things to the menu. Always fresh and quick to serve. I love the new asparagus dishes they have and the option to add chicken or shrimp to any dish. The potstickers are also a favorite of mine as well as the Pasta Fresca. It always makes me smile. This is the one Noodles I've visited on numerous occassions and they never let me down.

The food here is always fresh and delicious. I come here at least once a month and I am never disappointed. I almost always order the Japanese pan noodles because I love them so much. You can't go wrong with any of the menu items. One of my absolute favorite places to quickly grab something to eat.

This place is hit or miss, mostly miss. Food is either undercooked, something is missing, or something I said I didn't want in my food is there. Mushrooms are in a lot of there dishes and because I don't care for them, I tell them to leave it out. Somehow, a mushroom or two always finds its way into my pasta. Always. I was informed to just tell them I'm allergic to mushrooms so the employees can use a clean pan. Excuse me? So I have to lie about an allergy that I don't really have just to ensure an ingredient I don't want isn't added because you'll be using a clean pan? Why wouldn't the pan be clean anyway? Over this place. No, I do not want a replacement meal, gift card, or cookie. Decent pasta would do just fine.

Personally 3 stars feels low..but I just cant give it 4 :( I got an udon noodle bowl and it was tasty, but not awsome. and I probably wouldn't come back here if given another option haha.

I go here because my kids and friends love it. It's fine but not a place I would think about on my own. I have always had good service here and if they mess up they more than make up for it.....so that alone will bring me back.

Offering 3 different ethnic styles of noodles with interchangeable proteins,( chicken, beef, shrimp, or tofu), Noodle and company, I'm sure will be expanding in popularity. I had the Bangkok Curry. Sweet coconut curry laden noodles with mushrooms, carrots, peppers, onion, and cabbage.I got the small portion which was plenty for one person. When it comes to curry, and i love love curry, i want a strong curry. The flavor was good, but very mild.i could only taste hints of the coconut curry. The vegetable were done nicely,,,crisp.....the noodles were a lil overdone for my taste but still good. I'd go back ,just to try some of the other items, but i wasn't truly wowed. it is 'fast food noodles' after all.

I always wanted to try this place when I was working in DC, but finally managed to make it to the one yesterday in Owings Mills, MD. Pretty much this is a fast food kind of joint focusing on all types of noodles. There three main categories of noodles are asian, mediterranean and american, then you can add on either chicken, beef, tofu, or shrimp. I got the Japanese udon noodles with chicken and my sister had the pad thai with chicken also. I've never had Japanese udon noodles but honestly, it was only OK to me and nothing special. I had a bite of my sister's pad thai and again was pretty disappointed since I have had pad thai from a real Thai restaurant. Food is just OK, but service was quick...as a fast food restaurant should be. I'll have to try the other 2 categories next time...

They served me clumped together pasta; just inexcusable.

Order the following: Med Salad, no Cavatappi pasta, add Sauteed Beef and Shrimp. That's all I got for you.

Fast service isn't always a good thing. I went with a friend and we ordered two different things. They have variety, fresh ingredients and good prices. The idea is good and the food was only ok. But both of our entrees needed more sauce and were bland. The meals look better than they taste. Perhaps they need a little more time and care in their food.

Went here with the girlfriend a few weeks ago. The ambience reminded me a lot of a Panera. It has a sort of trendy/modern feel in the seating area, although this is sort of hampered by the fact that the restaurant is 1) small and 2) fast food-y. They deliver the food to the tables, which is nice I suppose but unnecessary because of the small size and relatively small space. I had an asian salad with beef. It was phenomenal, to be perfectly honest. Only problem is that I eat low/no carb pretty much every day besides Saturday and nothing on the menu fits into that. Even the great salad I ate was coated in a very sweet (and delicious) dressing. The girlfriend got one of the mac and cheeses. Only ate half. Didn't want to bring the rest home. If I'm picking one or two places to eat out on Saturday- Noodles & Co just isn't going to make the cut. But it does a decent job at what it is meant to be (decent fast food in a hip setting with reasonable prices). I'd give 2.5 stars if I could, but because the gf didn't care for the mac: 2 stars.

The food is good even though they are micromanaging the ingredients.. Service could be much better... The outdoor seating is nice on days without humidity...

This is more like a 2.5, the food is just fine, but very average. Since there aren't many places in Owings Mills to get your noodle on, then I say that this place can get the job done. It might not be out of this world or a deluxe dining experience, but it's filling and usually pretty fast. They do have limited seats outside for when it's anything but cold or hot and humid out. Watch out though, the dumpster around back stinks it up from time to time. I'll still come back though, the food is generally tasty. I do concur with a fellow reviewer that the ingredients are skimped on. I like the fresh stuff in my pad thai, but it seems like they've really cut back lately.

Very bland Mac 'n cheese which is supposed to be one of their calling cards. Pretty disappointing.

The food looks great, tastes even better and I love the decor and the atmosphere. The staff is helpful, polite and they are in good spirits. This is the first time that I have ever eaten at a Noodles & Company and it has been great! Even the menu is easy to read and understand. It is located right next to the Owings Mills Best Buy which is great for those days when I'm shopping and hungry.

Ok. So here's the thing. I work hard All week long and I still manage to be pleasant to everyone I meet AND I'm not even in the customer service business. Is it REALLY that hard to smile, say thank you and have a good evening / day whatever? N&C there are at least 3 dzn restaurants in the surrounding area ... proby 1/3 of them Asian inspired. Heck, Chick-fil-A proby does 3-4 times the bsns u do & yet their staff (I'm talking drive-thru) are some of the friendliest around. The least I expect when I am spending $$ for something I can EASILY make at home is a smile. I'm done. Ur food's good, NOT the best I've ever had. Good luck staying in bsns serving the same thing day in/day out with rude, sucky service. Take the nasty attitudes OFF the register -- she's costing u money!!

Been to this location twice so far. The food is always good. They could keep up on cleaning the tables as its hard to find a place to sit with so many dirty tables. But all in all, the food is surprisingly good.

Been to a few Noodles and Co before. I always forget how much I love their dishes. I had the asian peanut something and it was awesome!! The customer service was kinda bad and the store was pretty dirty considering the amount of customers dining at the time. I'd eat here again if i was in the area :)

Italian Cuisine

The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.

Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.

If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
